These are the rudest group of sales associates I have ever seen. One lady in particular. They tried to tell me I was over a year past my inspection time window when I called about getting my ring repaired. Yet I had a receipt from this year! My receipt has me about 3 weeks past the date but due to unforeseen issues I wasn't able to make it in. I was hoping they would be understanding. But no they were so rude. I called another location and they were so nice and very helpful. This is not the fist time I have been unimpressed with this location. Will drive a little further for better customer service!
