I live in Cascade and I hired Augustine Roofing to replace my original leaky 1994 roof. The price was reasonable (I have 3 quotes before I chose Augustine Roofing), work crews arrived and finished on time and they were very professional. I do not know why there are negative reviews, but I am certainly a very happy customer. I love my new roof! Thank you Augustine Roofing!
John from Agustin roofing was a pleasure to work with. What impressed me is he went up on the roof and took the time to measure the roof with good old tape measure to get accurate measurements. Most roofing companies do not do that. Installation of the roof was flawless. The crew was very courteous and hard working. It was obvious they were very skilled and knew what they were doing. They took the time to do it right. I believe they treated my property as if it was their very own. Communication was exceptional and I was kept abreast of progress and all was done in one day. I would highly recommend Agustin roofing if you want the job done right at very reasonable price.

I have to say that I don’t do a lot of reviews, but this company deserves one. There was a hail storm and several neighbors had their roof replaced, so we had ours checked out. We had multiple companies look at it, but found there wasn’t enough damage to support a claim of replacement, but the entire roof needed replaced due to age. Needless to say, I was devastated since we just bought this house recently. Like I said we called for multiple inspections/estimates, and since we were paying for it I wanted to make sure we got a good price, but protected our investment also. I did A LOT of research. I chose Augustine Roofing not only because of their reviews but also because of the information I read on the material manufacturer‘s website about their certifications and how that translated to warranties from them also extending beyond the roofer. I was sold. They weren’t the cheapest, but were very fair in the pricing compared to other companies that were much more expensive. I was very impressed with their end product/workmanship. I would definitely refer them to my parents. And yes that is a compliment.
Excellent company. Jon the salesman was professional. Augustine was thorough before the installation with guidelines and tips on what to expect. They showed up on time and finished on schedule and cleaned up when they were done.
