Free upgrade from Full size car to Hyundai SUV when full size car was not available. However, after picking up family at arrivals door and putting luggage in back, though the door was clear the hatch back would not close causing a persistent alarm when driving. Took car back to rental agent who promptly and courteously supplied me with a replacement KIA SUV.

Too bad we can't give negative stars or Zero stars. The only "aadvantage" is the advantage they take of you. Had to wait in line to pick up the car for almost an hour, even though there were only 2 people ahead of me. The guy at the gate who checks the paperwork was surly and not very happy to get out of his car to check me out. The return guy couldn't find my rental on his tablet device! And $58 in taxes and fees were added to a $210 rental! I had left my work parking tag in the car by accident and the customer service rep said "Oh no, they wouldn't call you if you left anything....". You have to put in a so-called "customer service ticket" to request this surly customer service and they won't call you even if they find your stuff on the ticket! Terrible service and terrible attitudes. Spend a bit more and go elsewhere.

Joanne was awesome! Fast service. Came in earleir than my check in time, got my car without any problem.

I would have given a five because the car was nice, clean and ready, however the customer service reps who worked there was not as welcoming and friendly like other rental agencies. I was the only customer in the building and when I attempted to engage them all in conversation it was clear that they weren't interested in talking and when I smiled at them they didn't even smile back. They all made me fell like I was bothering them. My rep was nice but when I asked questions I had a feeling again of me bothering him. I had to go to the bathroom so after putting my bags in the car I went back inside to potty and all of them were outside smoking laughing and talking (which nothing is wrong with that since they didn't have any customers) but what was wrong is that they didn't acknowledge me at all and I just looked for the bathroom. (additionally noone offered to help...remember they didn't have any customers at all in the building so it would have been nice for one of the two guys to offer helping me with my luggage) training them to be more welcoming and customer friendly will help. Maybe they'll be better when I return my car. In any case I'm very happy with my car!!!!!

It's a shame the lowest rating you can give is 1 star. This company's customer service is atrocious. When picking up my rental car this morning, the customer service rep that I dealt with (Victor) was not only rude from the get go, but also lied about their policy. I was asked to provide them with my license and a credit card for the rental fee and the deposit of $350. I was confused as I had already pre paid the rental fee. I pointed out that the fee had been paid with the credit card that I handed him (which was in my mom's name) and he told me he couldn't accept it because it wasn't my credit card. Makes sense except for the fact that my mom was standing there with me and approved the payment. They had no issue accepting the card when we paid for the rental fee online even though my name on the reservation didn't match the name on the credit card but couldn't accept it for the deposit despite my mom being present at the time. Then he looks at my ID and rudely states " you know you're under age, right?". I'm 27 years old, which under their policy is not considered under age. I told him that I am 27 and he said "that's not what the license says". My birthday is clearly stated at the bottom of my ID. He then goes through their speech about purchasing their gas fill up plan so we didn't have to fill up before bringing the car back which I declined as I did with the insurance since I have a full coverage policy. He stated that I needed to provide an insurance card that had my name, policy number and expiration date on it. Our insurance cards only have my mom's name because she pays for the insurance but I called the company anyways to have them fax over proof. He said that it didn't matter and they couldn't accept it unless they faxed over an insurance card with my name on it. At that point I had had enough and asked to speak to a manager to cancel the reservation and get a refund. The manager told me that they could in fact speak to an agent an verify that I was insured over the phone which Victor said they could not do. Funny how policy changes when they are about to lose money. I told the manager that after the interaction I had with Victor that I wanted my money back and that we'd be taking our business elsewhere. I will most definitely not be using this car rental agency in the future. All that being said, the manager herself was very pleasant and did try to make the situation better.
