Online reservation for 3pm on 9/29/17, finally was able to leave from another location with rental at 4pm. Reserved a full sized pickup, Ford 150 or equivalent Chevy Silverado. What I got was a Ford F250 that was quite high without a side step, fuel was sitting at 1/8.
I rent from enterprise all the time! There are so many deals that you just can't beat. Lauren is super quick and easy to work with! Love her!
This location was usually a good rental experience but I will search for other options next time I require a rental vehicle. A discount on the rental fee would have been an acknowledgement of their planning error and resulted in a higher rating.
We were consistently mislead on the availability of the class of vehicle we wanted and instead were given a vehicle with a ton of problems. Even worse yet, I complained to corporate about the situation and never heard anything. This was my first terrible experience with the brand but I think it will be my last time every using them. Very disappointing.
I'm not really sure what is going on with this branch, but the last the two times we rented, the car was clearly not cleaned and smelled like SMOKE. For an asthmatic this is a problem. At least the staff was always kind and helpful until recently. Did management change hands or something? We probably won't be returning to Enterpise in general. Why pay for a dirty car?
